Quest NPC not found

I have started doing a profession transfer quest for a monk and i've encountered a problem that makes it impossible to finish the quest,
I'am trying to find an NPC called "Khavatari Aren" and i can't find it where it should be and i even tried to look on the internet and someone mentioned it might've been removed so if that is true could you remove that option ?
And if that is the case then change my choice to Khavatari Toruku in the north of Gludin.

This let the quest through the shootgard, it is not in the version of Classic
We will rewrite this quest, but the update will be on Saturday
